Make a base.

Take two craft sticks and lay them on a flat surface.

Collect craft sticks.

Count around 12 more craft sticks and set aside.

Begin gluing.

Place a dot of glue on one end of the two sticks.

Continue gluing.

Take one stick from your pile and place it on top of the base so that the stick touches both ends of the two sticks.

Finish gluing.

Glue all craft sticks this way placing them close together.

Decorate.

Decorate your coaster using markers after your craft sticks have dried completely.
