Craft Stick Pencil Holder

Paper tubes transform into handy pencil holders with crafts sticks and yarn.

Gather Tools and Materials

Pencils can do a lot more than homework.

Wrap yarn around seven craft sticks.

Trace one end of your paper tube on a piece of cardboard. Tip: Use an old box from the kitchen, like cereal or macaroni.

Cut out the traced circle.

Tape the circle to cover one end of your paper tube.

Collect seven more craft sticks that are not wrapped in yarn.

Glue the craft sticks onto the paper tube. A bathroom tissue tube will take around 14 craft sticks to cover completely.

Wrap a rubber band around the tube to hold the sticks in place until they’re dry.
