Fold a piece of white craft foam in half and cut a heart shape the size of your hand out by cutting a tear drop at the fold. Careful not to cut the fold!

Cut a red heart.
Cut a heart shape the size of a quarter from a piece of red craft foam.

Cut two purple hearts.
Cut two heart shapes a little larger than a quarter from a piece of purple craft foam.

Cut a purple heart.
Cut a heart shape the size of a penny from a piece of purple craft foam.

Glue purple and white hearts.
Glue the small purple heart onto the large white heart in between the two round humps. This is your fish’s mouth!

Glue red and purple hearts.
Place the two larger purple hearts so that the points meet and glue the smaller red heart on top on it’s side.

Glue red and white hearts.
Glue the red heart point to the white heart point. You connected the tail to the body!

Glue an eye.
Glue a wiggle eye onto the head.

Cut a pink heart.
Cut a heart shape a little larger than a quarter from a piece of pink craft foam.

Glue pink heart.
Glue this pink heart onto the fish body to be a fin.
