Celebrate Thanksgiving this year with your very own head dress! All you need is a paper bag, markers and some paper.

Small Paper Bag
Craft Glue
Markers

Cut down seam.

Cut down the center seam of a paper bag until you reach the bottom.

Cut the bottom of the bag.

Carefully, cut the bottom of the paper bag off and discard.

Cut a strip.

Cut a strip from the paper bag that is as wide as one of your fingers.

Fold strip.

Fold this strip in half “hot dog” style (long ways).

Decorate.

Decorate both sides with markers.

Draw a leaf.

Draw a leaf onto a piece of yellow construction paper.

Cut the leaf.

Cut out the leaf.

Trace five times.

Trace the leaf onto five other colors of construction paper.

Cut leaves.

Cut each of these leaves out.

Cut fringe.

Cut fringe down the sides of the leaves to make them look more real.

Attach leaves.

Tape the leaves onto the center of the paper bag strip.

Measure and secure.

Measure the strip around your head and secure with a piece of tape.
