Decorate.

Decorate a small paper bag with markers.

Add dried beans.

Put two handfuls of dried beans into the paper bag.

Tie a rubber band.

Put a rubber around the bag to keep the beans from getting out.

Place a pencil.

Place a pencil or a stick in the secured bag.

Make a handle.

Twist the rest of the bag around the pencil and wrap masking tape to hold it in place.
