Mix paint.

Mix brown and yellow paint to make a darker yellow.

Paint a plate.

Paint a paper plate with your brown-yellow paint.

Cut a strip.

Cut a strip of orange tissue paper long enough to stick out just a little from either side of the plate.

Cut fringe.

Cut fringe all around the edges of the orange tissue paper.

Cut a strip.

Cut a strip of red tissue paper long enough to stick out just a little from either side of the plate.

Scrunch tissue.

Scrunch the red tissue paper to make it wrinkled.

Tear green tissue.

Tear large pieces of green tissue paper.

Glue orange.

Glue the orange tissue paper onto the paper plate.

Glue red tissue.

Glue the red tissue paper on top of the orange tissue paper.

Glue green tissue.

Glue the green pieces of tissue onto the red tissue paper.

Stretch cotton.

Stretch two cotton balls into long strips.

Tape plate.

Tape the two sides of the paper plate into a taco shape.

Glue the cotton ball strips on top of the green tissue and tape.
