Bend a pipe cleaner.

Bend a green pipe cleaner in half to make a V.

Cut.

Cut the V.

Bend a pipe cleaner piece.

Bend one of the pieces in half to make a V.

Add a bead.

Thread a bead onto the pipe cleaner V.

Cut a shamrock.

Cut a shamrock shape from a piece of green craft foam.

Punch a hole.

Punch a hole in the center of the shamrock.

Add the shamrock.

Put both ends of the pipe cleaner through the hole and pull the shamrock to the bead.

Measure the pipe cleaner around your finger and twist the ends together to make a circle.
