Fold green paper.

Fold a piece of green construction paper in half.

Cut a straight line.

Cut a straight line about an inch in from the fold.

Cut part of a heart.

Cut the top half of a heart.

Cut part of a heart, again.

Turn the paper over and cut a heart on the other side of the fold until you meet the top half heart you just cut. When you open the paper you will have a shamrock.

Tear tissue.

Tear pieces of green tissue paper.

Glue tissue paper.

Ball up the tissue paper and glue it all over the shamrock.
